After years of working in oils, we discovered egg tempera while seeking a change and quickly fell in love with its precision, beauty, and depth.
We studied Painting, Design, Sculpture, and Philosophy at Laguna College of Art and Design, where we met and began our lifelong journey in the arts. Since then, we’ve dedicated our lives to creating and sharing what we’ve learned.
Our work has been widely exhibited and featured in publications such as Fine Art Connoisseur, American Art Collector, Southwest Art Magazine, Poets & Artists, and Artist’s Magazine. Julio has received top honors from the Portrait Society of America, the Art Renewal Center, and the Bennington, and exhibits with Arcadia Contemporary in New York.
